Obama Bersikeras Tunda Pemangkasan Belanja

Monexnews-U.s. President Barack Obama on Tuesday again insisted that the "balanced approach" over trimming spending and tax increases that he offer is the best way to avoid pruning automatic shopping provider will come into force on 1 March.

In a brief speech at the White House, Obama also urged Republicans to reduce their opposition to the discourse of tax increases. "My door is still open for talks," said Obama.

Trimming the shopping that automatically took effect at the beginning of next month would push State spending about $ 1.2 trillion over the next decade and cut the Government budget by as much as $ 85 billion during the next seven months.

The Republican party has so far refused to include any tax increase discourse into trimming the shopping program. Some analysts estimate that if negotiations between Obama's budget deadlock and members of Congress the Republicans appear to have would be solved, at least until the beginning of March. (vid)
