ECB LTRO Kian Declined Refund:

ECB: Pengembalian LTRO Kian Menurun

Monexnews-loan repayment program that obtained eurozone banks through Long Term Refinancing Operation (LTRO) will decline significantly next week, according to a report of the European Central Bank on Friday.

The ECB said that the bank will pay back 12 € 4,18 billion loan fund that was launched at the end of 2011, while 54 bank will pay a total of € 8.32 billion of liquidity operation launched two months later. So when viewed as a whole the total Fund loans will be repaid only about € 12.5 billion, down sharply from nearly 63 billion euro refund is recorded for this week.

News from the Euro zone already has brought negative impact on sentiment in the market of regional funding, especially Italy's election results have revived the threat of a debt crisis in the Euro zone. In the midst of a period of high uncertainty, banks will be more likely to take advantage of funding assistance from the ECB in order to ensure that they have the liquidity reserves are big enough to withstand the pressures of the market.
