Monexnews-Japan Stock Exchange Index, the Nikkei move to rebound in early trading session Monday after dropping sharply at the weekend, while Cyprus and the European Union agreed to help provide a solution.
The Nikkei advanced 1.4% to 12, while the Topix index 525.37 alone rose 1.2% to 1, 050.75.

Monexnews-France again asserted will achieve the target deficit trimming though the Government will cut its economic growth outlook in the coming weeks. "We still will retain the target deficit of 3% of the GDP," said Vallaud Belkacem, a spokesman for the French Government. The Government would point out transparans Belkacem with estimated economic growth but he did not give details of the subsequent Government policy going by trimming economic growth.
Paris currently estimates the economy will grow 0.8% for year 2012; far above the estimate of the IMF predicts growth of only 0.3%. The Audit Agency said if French economic growth reached only 0.3% in 2013 the deficit could reach 3.25% of GDP; This means the Government needs to take further policy in order to meet the deficit target of 3% of the GDP.
